Wiji Lacsamana is a self-taught freelance graphic illustrator based in Makati City, Philippines. She majored in Political Science at the De La Salle University-Manila.

The ocean, moon, whales and forest are recurring themes in her work.

She recently dived into the art of tattooing; exploring and intertwining the possibilities between graphic design, contemporary illustration and tattoos.

Making a map of my province. It brings back a lot of good memories. :) I love that I grew up in La Union; I have the best childhood memories! Swinging across trees, pretending to be superheroes with friends, running to the beach after school, sunsets that were always wildly pink and orange. Le sigh. :) Now I’m making prints of this map, and having a hard time with color decisions, whatcha think? _____________________ p.s. Thanks for the answer guys. :)
