Wiji Lacsamana is a self-taught freelance graphic illustrator based in Makati City, Philippines. She majored in Political Science at the De La Salle University-Manila.

The ocean, moon, whales and forest are recurring themes in her work.

She recently dived into the art of tattooing; exploring and intertwining the possibilities between graphic design, contemporary illustration and tattoos.

Bookses

I have a confession. I’m an addict. To making new tumblr accounts and nice book covers. Hihi. So I made another one, solely dedicated to beautiful book covers just because I can’t get enough of them—and tumblr accounts too. Other addictions may need careful planning and um, discretion before turning them into new tumblr accounts.

Also, I’ve always always wanted to design book covers. Sooooo. This’ll be inspiration and a shout out to those who are writing books: get me please to design your books. Hi!
